Pharos AI sells virtual credits called Stars, which are used to access AI consultations within the App. Stars are a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase.
Because Stars are a digital good that is partially or fully consumed upon use, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once Stars have been used.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
Partial refunds (for unused Stars) may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Purchases made through the Telegram Stars system are subject to Telegram's Terms of Service and refund policy. Pharos AI does not control and cannot process refunds for Telegram Stars transactions. Please contact Telegram support for such requests.
Card payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record. For card payment refund requests, Paddle's refund policy also applies. You may contact Paddle directly or contact us and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Please include: your Telegram username or registered email, the date and amount of purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. EU consumers retain statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
